Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.

Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Made-to-Order & Limited Edition Items
Some Trillopoly products are made-to-order, limited edition, or produced in small batches.
Because of the nature of these items:

All sales are final once processing begins

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for made-to-order or limited-edition items unless the item arrives damaged or defective
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged

An incorrect item was received
To be eligible:

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Requests must include clear photos of the issue and your order number
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
