Returns & Refund Policy

At Trillopoly, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Made-to-order or limited-edition products (unless defective or damaged)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The incorrect item was received

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us at kelliebattle@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
